About Us
Amanda Middleton Ltd and Jenny Douglas Beauty Studio are separate business enterprises sharing similar work ethics and treatment menus who formally worked at Brows Etc Facial Bar, Atherstone as sole traders operating individual business enterprises. Amanda Middleton was formally sole proprietor of Brows Etc Facial Bar.
Patch Tests
Your safety always comes first. For services requiring a patch test this must be carried out by the person doing your treatment. It must be performed no less than 48 hours before your appointment. It is your responsibility to ensure you can for this test in time for you appointment. Patch tests performed elsewhere are not valid in any circumstances. We are a responsible salon, it is really important to us that all our appointments are performed safely.
Booking Fee
A booking fee may be taken when you book online and in salon, this booking fee to secure the specific appointment time and date you have chosen. This amount will be deducted from the treatment cost on the day of your treatment. This booking fee is NON TRANSFERABLE and NON REFUNDABLE. If you choose to cancel or change your appointment this booking fee will be lost*
Payment of this booking fee will be taken as your agreement to these terms.
Gift cards are not accepted as payment for a booking fee.
Cancellation Period
We ask for 5 days notice to cancel or move appointments with ourselves.
We know you will understand that for any business like ours to remain open for business it is really important we aren’t left with vacant appointment slots that we can’t fill and our cancellation policy along with our booking fee helps to protect us from this eventuality and ensure that we will be able to remain a part of your high street and available for you all to enjoy our services for many years to come.
*In exceptional circumstances, at our discretion, and if the appointment slot you are vacating can be filled it may be agreed that the booking fee may be transferred to a future appointment. Should you be unable to make this future appointment your transferred booking fee will be lost along with any new booking fee that has been paid. Booking fees will only be transferred once. For same day cancellations your booking fee will not be moved in any circumstances.
No Shows
If you miss an appointment with us we may ask you for full payment upfront upon rebooking. This will be non refundable in any circumstances. Any booking fee will be lost
Gift Cards
Brows Etc Gift Cards are no longer being issued. Please remember cards are only valid for 1 year from purchase. They are not redeemable for cash. Gift Cards having been issued by and paid direct to Brows Etc are redeemable with Amanda Middleton ONLY following the closure of the Long Street salon. If you have a gift card and wish to use it please contact us by email at info@browsetc.co.uk Lost cards cannot be replaced.
Gift Cards may not be used to pay for booking fees.
Gift Card T&C’s may be amended at any time.
Refunds
Should we authorise a refund, the amount to be returned will be refunded by he same method it was paid to ourselves and will be minus any charges we may incur that are made by our bank for receiving your payment (ie in the case of card payments taken in salon or online) We reserve the right to charge an administration fee on top of any of our non refundable bank charges.
